Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least one year of sales experience. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods
• Develop relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide customer service and support
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
